Can customers pay online with the Commerce package?
No. With Commerce, customers order or book on the site and pay at your place. If you want to take money online, a deposit for example, that’s the Bespoke package, from €3,500.
How do I receive orders?
Instantly, by text, WhatsApp or email. The message contains the details of the request and the customer’s number, so you can call them back if needed.
How long until my site is ready?
21 days, counted from when I receive your text, your photos and your menu or price list.
How is the package paid for?
In three interest-free instalments: €1,194 on signing, €398 when the test version is online, €398 at launch. The total is €1,990, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).
I have a holiday let: Commerce or Bespoke?
If booking requests are enough and you confirm the dates yourself, Commerce will do. If your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars need to update on their own, or guests should pay a deposit online, it’s Bespoke.
What happens after launch?
14 days of support are included. After that, if you wish, there’s monthly care with no commitment from €80 a month (updates, backups, monitoring).
Do you also set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes, as an add-on: from €150, paid in one go, and created in your name. Nobody can promise you a spot on Google Maps: the profile makes you findable.
