Guests who found your place on a platform often search for your name to book without service fees. Maison Azurine is a fictional concierge business, three flats made up for the demonstration. Guests pick their dates on a calendar and see the real total before booking.

Recommended package
Commerce · €1,990
To receive booking requests for your dates, the Commerce package is enough, at €1,990, with payment handled offline. The mock-up goes further: a deposit paid online and Airbnb and Booking.com calendars that update on their own make it the Bespoke package, from €3,500.

A holiday rental website, in practice.
My property is already on Airbnb. Does the site’s calendar update itself?
Not with the Commerce package: you block dates yourself. Automatic sync with Airbnb and Booking.com is part of the Bespoke package, so the same night is never let twice.
Can guests pay a deposit on the site?
In the mock-up, yes. On your site, an online deposit requires the Bespoke package. With the Commerce package, the request reaches you and you agree payment with the guest.
I only have one cottage. Is the mock-up too big?
We remove the property selector and the owners section. What’s left is the calendar, the photos, the arrival info and the FAQ.
