A client wants to know how long a treatment lasts, what it costs and whether she can cancel. Institut Albâtre is a salon invented for this mock-up. Its menu shows every treatment with its length in minutes and its price including tax, and booking takes three choices.

Your treatment menu plus booking is exactly the Commerce package, at €1,990: requests reach you by text, WhatsApp or email, and the client pays after the treatment, at the salon.

Can gift vouchers be sold online?
With the Commerce package, the client requests it online and pays at your salon. Taking payment for the voucher on the site requires online payment, so the Bespoke package.
My menu has around forty treatments. Will that work on a phone?
Yes, if it’s grouped by family, as in the mock-up: face, waxing, hands, body. Clients only scroll through the section they’re interested in.
Where do my cancellation terms appear?
In the mock-up, in three places: under the form, in the practical info and in the FAQ. You write your rule, we put it where clients look for it.
