Privacy. Your details are used to get back to you.
Your details are used for one thing only: getting back to you about your project. They are never sold or passed on. This English version is a translation; the French version prevails.

What is collected
Only what you type into the “Get in touch” window: first name, phone number, email, country and town (or, on the French site, your municipality), how you prefer to be contacted (call, WhatsApp or email), when you would like your site and whether you already have one. If you went through “Your project”, your answers are added (your business, what the site should do) along with the recommended package. The page the request was sent from, the language of the page and the date you ticked the consent box are also recorded.
From “Your site, live”, the company name, trade, town and colour you chose are added. Until you send the form, nothing is recorded: the preview is built in your browser.
From “Test your current site”, the address of the site tested and its results are added. To run the test, only that address is sent to Google (PageSpeed Insights), with no personal details. The result is kept for 24 hours so the same test isn’t run twice.
Your IP address is kept in memory for one hour at most, to block bursts of submissions and limit tests to five per hour. It is never recorded.
Why
To get back to you about your project, prepare a quote if you ask for one, and follow up on our conversation. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Your details are never used for marketing without your agreement.
For how long
Your data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last contact, then permanently deleted.
Who has access
Florian Delage, alone. Requests are stored with the site’s host, Railway Corporation (United States), and reach me by email. Railway covers data transfers outside the European Union with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict its use or receive a copy: write to contact@enovseo.fr. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or to the authority of your own country.
If you choose to be contacted on WhatsApp, or message me through one of the site’s WhatsApp buttons, our conversation goes through WhatsApp, a Meta service (WhatsApp Ireland Limited in Europe), which applies its own privacy rules. The site’s WhatsApp buttons are plain links: nothing is loaded from WhatsApp unless you click.
Cookies
No analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Nothing is placed on your device to track you. Your language choice is remembered in your browser only, and never sent to us. The “Browse the real site” button loads the site being presented into the screen, only if you click: that site then applies its own rules.
