The mock-up shows a selection of properties. Connecting your software to the site automatically is separate development, priced in the quote under the Bespoke package.
Is the online valuation binding on the agency?
No. The mock-up talks about an indicative value and points to a written valuation done on site. Your site keeps the same caution.
Where do my legal estate agent notices go?
In the footer, as in the mock-up, and in the legal notice: professional card, financial guarantee, fee schedule. We lay them out; you send us the exact details.
